AUThe price for this property was good. The location was good as well. Central to markets - with them being just a short 5-10 minute walk away.
The room didn't match the pictures displayed on the website at all - extremely dated! When I got to my room there was NO WINDOW! Just a small glazed panel above the door that let in light every time someone got out of the lift or walked in the hallway. The room smelled of MOULD and there was mould spots all over the wall due to lack of ventilation. There was ZERO sound proofing, so I could hear everything - the toilet flushing next door, the people upstairs showering, people talking in the halls at all hours, doors opening and shutting.

The bedding and towels were dirty. The mattress on the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It was very noisy, and if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend it.

VNHài lòng về chất lượng dịch vụ lắm nhaaaa, phòng ở không phải quá đẹp nhưng rất sạch sẽ và thơm mùi tinh dầu thoang thoảng. Lễ tân cực kỳ dễ thương và thân thiện đã giới thiệu cho mình rất nhiều các quán ăn địa phương ngon. Các bạn còn rất tận tâm hỗ trợ đặt xe. Nói chung rất OK Mình sẽ giới thiệu Nature cho bạn bè người thân trải nghiệm.
VNĐây là khách sạn mình cảm thấy rất ổn. Vị trí thì gần ngay trung tâm, đi bộ rất dễ dàng. Con dốc lên khách sạn cũng khá chill nữa. Sảnh đẹp, thoải mái và có nhiều cây xanh. Nhân viên thì cực kỳ dễ thương luôn. Mình sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp đi Đà Lạt!

RUЭто действительно замечательный отель! Он расположен на небольшом склоне в Далате, но совсем рядом с центром, поэтому очень удобно гулять и ходить в кафе и рестораны. Номер не слишком роскошный, но чистый и просторный, есть маленькое окно с видом на город. Персонал очень дружелюбный и добрый. Особенно хочется отметить девушку Нхи миниатюрную, с мягким голосом и тёплой улыбкой, которая сделала атмосферу в отеле ещё более уютной. Нам здесь действительно очень понравилось и сам отель, и люди.
VNPhòng sạch sẽ, có đầy đủ các đồ dùng trong phòng. Giường êm và view thoáng mát dễ chịu. Nhân viên rất tuyệt vời và chu đáo, đặc biệt là Cường và Nhi rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách. Thái độ rất lễ phép, là lý do nhà mình sẽ quay lại!
