The view from the room was amazing

It isn’t very good maintained. everything rattles and shakes. price performance does not match.

We upgraded with ac in the wood Bungalow that was amazing :)

The views at Tiing are magnificent on a good day. The traditional huts are lovely and we had a great stay there. There are many activities to do around the area.

The property is located down a windy and skinny road. It’s hard to get to. If you don’t have your own vehicle, you are kind of stuck there.

Very unsafe for anyone solo if you don’t have transport you are stuck in the resort. No access to food or drink, people trying your door, stains all over the bedsheets and holes in the floor. I even had mice in my room over my things during the night. Dogs/ animals under the floors all night. No staff on sight either. Contacted booking.com but don’t want to know and had to leave the property at 3am after calling multiple people and bringing a driver from another area to come and get me.

Location was beautiful for the views only..not ideal for anything else

Wasp nest in the shower Water didn’t flow and flooded the bathroom floor Location was down a hill and need access to transport a lot Wasn’t the cleanest of areas Staff met me day 1 nice enough had breakfast booked came to next day all of a sudden didn’t then I did, mini misunderstanding I guess. Left after 1 day even having 2 days booked here. There’s nothing around unless you have transport.

No Wi-Fi no heater

The view from the accommodation is amazing. Directly to the volcano and the mountains and the lake. The Bungalows are closed and very nice and cozy. We would definitely come again. You can walk to the lava field :)
