The room itself feels fresh and new, and the main door comes with a key that can be used to lock it securely from the inside, along with an additional lock — which was really reassuring for peace of mind. The bathroom is to the left of the entrance and is impressively spacious and bright, with a toilet and a separate shower. Hot water was available and easy to control (helpfully explained in the instructions), and towels and toilet paper were provided — a nice touch. Air conditioning is available and works well — particularly appreciated given the higher floor, where it made a real difference. There's a small open wardrobe area with hangers and space for luggage, keeping things neat and organised without feeling cramped. The kitchen is a highlight — generously sized and well-stocked with a microwave, kettle, mini fridge, stove, toaster, and a selection of plates, cups, and cutlery. Ideal if you're planning a longer stay and prefer cooking in. Overall, cleanliness was acceptable, though there is a little room for improvement. The location is genuinely one of the strongest points. You're surrounded by cafés and restaurants, within walking distance of the city centre, public transport, supermarkets, and shopping. There's even a lovely coffee shop just a 2-minute walk away — perfect for remote workers or anyone who likes to study with a good cup of coffee nearby. The seaside is also within walking distance, making it great for a morning run or a relaxed evening stroll along the waterfront. The property sits on a well-known main road, which makes it easy for taxis to find too. The surrounding area itself is charming — the streets have a wonderful old character (just skip the heels!), and the local food, culture, and music are all worth experiencing. The people are warm and welcoming, and most speak English, which makes everything that much easier.

Arriving late at night, I had some difficulty finding the entrance. The self-check-in instructions were provided, but the building was hard to locate, and the entrance area was very poorly lit — it felt quite dark and unwelcoming, almost like an abandoned building. I ended up asking locals nearby to confirm I was in the right place. The elevator is quite small and dated, and there are no clear instructions inside. The mirrors also had writing on them, which wasn't the most pleasant first impression. My room was on the 6th floor, and there is a coded security door that should restrict access to the floor — however, it was left open the entire time. Even after closing it myself, I found it open again the next day, which left me feeling a bit uneasy about security. The room was well-equipped, though the cleanliness wasn't quite up to the standard I expected. There was a bed cover available, but the duvets were stored in the closet without covers, so they weren't really usable on cooler nights. The bed is generously sized, but it's surprisingly high — and I'm not short! Getting in and out became a bit of a challenge, and I actually ended up with a few bruises from it. I eventually moved to the couch, which turned out to be the more comfortable option. The mattress is decent but not particularly comfortable — perfectly acceptable, just not outstanding. There was a TV in the room, but no remote control and no instructions on how to operate it, so it wasn't really usable. Noise was a noticeable issue throughout the stay — sounds from the corridor, neighbouring rooms, outside, and especially from nearby construction work, which was quite active and loud during the day. The building is on the second street back from the seafront, so don't expect sea views. My room overlooked the building next door, which was still under construction. On a design note, there were some interior windows that didn't open — felt a little puzzling overall.

The location was good

Before we even step in the room we saw a big cockroach. The bathroom had an almost broken toilet, mirror and door. There was a bottle that combined handwash,body wash, shower gel and it was empty. Also there was damp on the all inside the apartment

Gece cam açıp gürültü eşliğinde uyumak zorunda kaldık. Konaklamayı 3 kişi olarak ödedim. 1 çekyat vardı ve ne bir yastık ne bir nevresim bıfakuşmamıştı. Çekyatım üstü çok kirliydi. İşketmeye mesaj atmama rağmen ilgilenilmedi. Bookinge de yazdım konaklamayı iptal edin başka yerde kalayım diye . Kimse umursamadı. Bir daha asla kalmam.

The location was perfect, so close to everything in the center and the room was very big.

The room wasnt very clean (bed sheats and towels had a couple stains and the bathroom had a bad smell like sewage) and the main problem was the noise. It is next to a club so you can hear the music all night but the worst part was the construction noises that started very early in the morning and were extremely loud.
