Security all rooms use same key over priced for things as simple as phone not working
USUSFront desk and housekeeping staff were helpful and very pleasant! Loved receiving a pre-stay call from the lodge after I booked and appreciated the friendly welcome we received. Room was recently renovated and beds were very comfortable but the room was very dark (not enough lamp light) and there weren’t enough outlets near the beds for chargers. The restaurant was comfortable and staff was so helpful. But the breakfast of scrambled eggs was unfortunately too greasy for me to eat. There was also a lingering smell in the room and hallways - old smoke? damp, musty, mold? I don’t know but it did impact the pleasantness of our stay. Thank you for allowing me to review our stay.
