The staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. The food from the stables bar was great. The lodge we stayed in was very clean, warm and comfortable very well presented with everything you need for a stay. The grounds are nice. The hot tub was clean and ready to use.

There was only one big problem that i can't understand why, is the tv was not a smart tv. The lodge had everything other than a smart tv. I just can not see why with the cost of smart tvs nowadays. For us it did let it down which is a shame otherwise it would have been a 10
