Posizione molto centrale. Pulito

Finestra rotta, non si chiudeva, perciò il rumore, che c'è essendo sopra ad un bar, si sentiva parecchio. Ho scritto che mancavano delle posate essendo in due avevamo difficoltà con un solo cucchiaino

L'ordine,la pulizia e la gentilezza delle persone del bar al momento del ritiro delle chiavi.

Migliorare I'isolamento sonoro,stante che sentivamo perfettamente l'attività sessuale nell'altro appartamento
