☹️Upon arrival, I was shocked to find the property in an unsanitary condition. The accommodation was dirty, and to make matters worse, there were multiple insects present, making it entirely unsuitable for a comfortable or safe stay. Despite the listing's claims, the condition of the property was unacceptable and did not meet even the most basic hygiene or cleanliness expectations.

This property should not be listed on Booking.com. Firstly, the pictures shown are misleading and from a different property. The bathrooms have broken tiles around the wash basin, and the furniture is damaged, including a broken glass table. The pillows even had cigarette burn marks, which shows a complete lack of hygiene and care. There are no staff members available to assist guests, making the stay very inconvenient. Additionally, the swimming pool is not private—it is shared with local residents and located about a 5-minute walk away from the riad. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

We are Very happy. The property exceeds expectations. Safe residential area and good combinations. The best thing was the service that the landlord Zou gave us, his professionalism 🤩he helped us at all times by providing information and almost 24h star service! We will return to Marrakech without a doubt to this riad!!
