Nikolas Old Town

Wspaniały właściciel, bardzo pomocny, sympatyczny. Apartament o nieskazitelnej czystości, dwa tarasy, bardzo blisko - tak naprawdę na Starym Mieście, w cichej uliczce. Blisko do wszystkich atrakcji. Polecam!!!:-)

Asunto oli tilava, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Sijainti oli loistava vanhassa kaupungissa rauhallisella alueella. Asuntoon kuuluvilla patiolla ja terassilla oli mukava paistatella päivää. Omistaja Michael oli erittäin ystävällinen ja antoi hyviä ravintolasuosituksia ja auttoi lentokenttäkuljetusten kanssa.

The 2 bed apartment was an authentic building in the old town, thoughtfully renovated. It is a 1 minute stroll into to bars and restaurants but that little bit of space makes it quiet and peaceful when you want to relax. There was a little mini market next door for essentials. We had a welcome bottle of wine, water, juice, pastries and breadsticks. We had 2 patios with patio furniture, beds were very comfortable - nice and firm. All of us slept very well each night. Lovely kitchen, sitting room / dining room and a spacious bathroom. Separate air con in each bedroom and living room - all worked great.- Michael our host is a great communicator, so helpful and accommodating - he made sure we had everything we needed and was very available.He can also arrange transfers - I was sorry I didn’t book with him, and would recommend this for anyone coming in. We stayed 5 nights and are then travelling to Lindos. Genuinely you could stay 2 weeks here and not regret it! I highly recommend Nikolas Old Town for excellent location, ambience, comfort, helpfulness and communication. 10/10

All great- nothing to dislike

Great location , a few minutes walk to the main square in the Old Town. Quiet neighbourhood but walking distance yo all the sites. Although you cannot drive in the Old Town itself, there is street parking just a few minutes walk from the apartment outside St. John's Gate. We rented a scooter for the week and was able to find parking in just outside the Walls.

Het appartement is zeer fijn, al zijn er wel hier en daar wat kleine dingen die wat onderhoud vergen. Mocht voor ons de pret niet drukken!

The property is in an excellent part of the old town. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed including two places to sit out to get the sun or shade depending on the time of day. The beds were very comfortable and large and there was both air-conditioning and heating as you needed it. Michael was a super host (10/10) helping us transfer to and from the airport and giving us recommendations for excellent restaurants. It was a 10 out of 10 experience and highly recommended.

Michael was a fantastic host! Great communication! Very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Welcome pack upon arrival, which was very nice. We were also provided with umbrellas as the weather was not great for the first 2 days. Michael was available if required, but let us just enjoy our stay without any bother. The property is in a fantastic location within the old town. Easily accessible through paved streets. Just far enough outside of the main squares for it to be peaceful but just a few minutes stroll to the bars and restaurants. The villa is very well equipped. A large living/kitchen/dining area, which is very comfortable, with extra blankets for the chilly nights.The kitchen is complete with everything required if you wish to cook meals. There are two large bedrooms and a very good bath/shower room. Water was always hot for showers. Beds and pillows are very comfortable! Extra pillows were available. The bedrooms have 3 large wardrobes, so there is plenty of storage. There are two lovely outdoor terrace areas, with the upper one being a sun trap. The WiFi is very strong. The old town itself is a lovely place. I can imagine that in the summer it's very busy, especially when the cruise ships arrive. There are some lovely, authentic Greek restaurants but there are also some rip off restaurants. I would advise googling reviews before spending your hard earned money.

Yataklar gercekten cok rahat, tum tekstil (yorgan, carsaf,hali...) urunleri yeni ve temiz.Ayrica evin mutfaginda beyaz esyalarin hepsi yeni, mutfak gerecleri tam ve eksiksiz. Evin konumu oldukca guzel, gorulecek yerlere yurume mesafesinde, cok sirin bir terasi ve bahcesi var. Ev sahibi oldukca ilgili ve kibar, cok yardimci oldu.
