Great location on a quiet street. The city center and a grocery store are just a short walk away. The apartment feels very cozy, and the host is super nice and always ready to help. The wall with notes from guests is simply heartwarming.

Die Wohnung war gut zu finden und das Einchecken vor Ort ging problemlos. Die Wohnung war sauber.

Vor der Anreise wurden wir aufgefordert alle persönlichen Daten inklusive Fotos vom Reisepass hochzuladen. Zum einen funktionierte die Seite sehr schlecht und wir wurden mehrfach aufgefordert die Fotos zu erneuern ohne Hinweis darauf, was wir ändern sollen. Zum anderen finde ich die Angabe der vollständigen Meldeadresse hochproblematisch. Es hat Stundengedauert, obwohlich sehr technikaffin bin. Leider ist derzeit die Altstadt nicht so toll zu erreichen, da die entsprechende Brücke gesperrt ist. Die Küchenaustattung ist eine Zumutung, wenn man nicht nur Kaffee trinken möchte. Es gibt keinen Korkenzieher, nur Wassergläser und zum Kochen nur einen Pfannenwender (kein Kochlöffel, keine Suppenkelle, kein Sieb). Bei der Ausstattung hätte ich für den Preis dann auch ein Hotel buchen können. Schade. Wir haben das sehr freundlich gleich bei der Agentur gemeldet- leider passierte mehrere Tage nichts. Nachdem wir uns bei Booking gemeldet hatten, gab es am letzten Tag eine Reaktion: Es wurde uns ein Korkenzieher und eine Flasche Prosecco vor die Tür gestellt. Beides hat uns da dann auch nicht mehr geholfen. Insgesamt spart die Unterkunft an jeder Kleinigkeit. Die zwei fast leeren Klorollen mit sehr dünnem Papier waren nach 24 Stunden alle und das "Duschzeug" ist ein Pröbchen und reicht für eine Wäsche. Also möglichst selbst vorsorgen!

Alles super! Klimaanlage hat funktioniert (ohne gehts nicht, zu warm im August) Zum Glück war auch noch ein Parkplatz nebenan frei (20€/Tag).

The apartment is in Veronetta, just behind the church of Paradiso, 10 mins walk to the very center of Verona on the other side of the river. The neighbourhood is quiet, however public transportation and a number of eating-out options are very close, as are some supermarkets. So an ideal location on all counts. The apartment is nice, lots of light and quite some space. We stayed there as a couple plus a teenage child. For 4 adults (allowed according to booking.com), it would be quite tight though, although doable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Nice dishes and silverware. There is a stovetop and an oven and a microwave. Also a (N)espresso machine, with a few pods provided. There was some cooking oil, no salt or pepper. The washing machine in the WC/shower room is a big plus. The property management allowed us to check in two hours before the official check-in hour, which we appreciated very much.

The required online "fast check-in" process (with a lot of threatening tone in the text from the system) was a real annoyance. First it wasn't fast at all, going through the whole online process took me almost an hour. And then it didn't really function. The web dialogue told me I had successfully completed the check-in and I was emailed a copy of the contract I had approved online, but next day I started to get emails about unfinished check-in, which did not stop. I had to sort this out by the phone. booking.com nicely gave me the key collection instructions. But from the system of the property management I received this information at 23:00 in the evening of my arrival day. To receive the receipts for my payment after the end of my stay I had to nag again, it didn't work automatically. Please review your software, minor improvements would improve the guest experience a lot. I was a bit disappointed to find only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper in the apartment for a 2-week stay of a family of 3 and no kitchen paper at all.
