The property was overpriced, there were flies and mosquitoes in the room, air-conditioning was poor, LCD wasn't working they changed and till morning they were trying remote to match that LCD but there was none, bedsheets were stained, spots were visible, same goes with the towel, and importantly what facilities are mentioned in booking.com weren't there, like rooms with balconies, restaurants etc. If this is what they are offering they must consider their price it could be between 2k to 2500 plus tax maximum.
