I liked absolutely everything, clean apartments, wonderful staff, wonderful location, everything is nearby

The apartment was well equipped and furnished to a high standard. We picked this location because the train station is right at your doorstep, which we planned for day trips to other cities as well as spending majority of our days in Bologna, and it isn't far from central Bologna (15-20mins walk). Plenty of shops and cafes around the area too.

Unfortunately the air-conditioning didn't seem to work properly even after a technician came to have a look at it but luckily a fan was provided which helped.

This deserves a 9+ if the air con was working. It wasn't for five nights and manager advises the unitl will be changed. Otherwise, great location and facilities. I'd recommend if you have a few days and are looking to do some day rail trips. Like to Ferrari Museum, as we did. Manager was pleasant and apologized for the air con and provided a fan. The weather was over 30 degrees+ for the five days.!!!

As mentioned above. The aircon needs complete replacement.

The location is great near the train station, bus station and 10 - 15 min from city center.

There is a lot of mold in the shower The ac did not work In all the days that we stayed the neighbours used the drill starting with 8AM We did not receive any information where to take the trash

The apartment is small but it is so well thought of that you have everything you need in such small space. Very well organized and super clean
