Le bus est juste en face du logement. Le personnel est réactif. C’était silencieux, quartier calme. Pas mal pour quelques nuits

Salle de bains pas dans le logement (ce n’est pas annoncé) mais qui est au bout du couloir. Isolation phonique très moyenne L’air passait sous la fenêtre il faisait frais dans la chambre. Équipement ancien. Propreté moyenne.

The guesthouse location is good as its pretty central for getting into Edinburgh for shopping/ evening out. There is free parking in front of the guest house but spaces are limited. I had no trouble finding a space midweek not sure what weekends would be like.

I was messaged by the host on my day of arrival just to self check in and locate my room key in the lockbox ....however when I got to the lockbox my room key was not there! Had to message host who arrived in about 5_10 mins with the right key! I then was left no towels to get a wash before I went out..i had to message the host again advising not bath/ hand towel? I was told they were runninh behind and would bring some to me asap.....2 hrs later i had to chase up the towels again....was brought 1bath towel after about 3.5 hrs of checking in and had to go out for my meal without the shower I had planned beforehand! I didnt get any hand towel but i didnt want to have to message again so I just made do with the one bath towel! Not a great way to run a guest house......the room itself was a single room...very small....but was clean and the bed was comfortable...the glass in my room to drink from was filthy....some of the furniture is old/ not fit for purpose, headboard hanging off/ away from the bed. Needs maintenance. I had a private bathroom but it was next to room 2 down the hall from my room so not ideal and again very small ....was clean though but a bath mat for getting out the shower would have been good.

Moderately convenient for public transport. As the bus stops are right next to the house. Quite near to Arthur’s seat and Portobello beach. Shower is really good which is the best facility it might have.

We had a kid with us. The second single bed was very fragile and creaky. We were in fear of that bed might break. The key kept in the locker was a wrong one but luckily the cleaning lady was there to get us the right one as it was taking a while to get response from the owner. The room is a bit old and was not cleaned properly. The toilet was okay.

Very squishy for 3 people.

Meget venligt personale. Stedet lå kun 10 minutters gang fra centrum og tæt på indkøb og restauranter. Det var et behageligt, fint og rent værelse.

Udsigten fra værelset var gavlen på et hus, men det var et mindre problem, da vi ikke brugte meget tid på værelset
