Staff was friendly, Mis samanmalee siter-in low of the owner was very cooperative .even the owner Mr.Raja was a nice person.

No towel racks. No chair in the room Dust and cobwebs in some places. Only one light in the room ,but no night lights

Nothing.

I did book this hotel for my brother. He said they gave him low quality room 1st and then they gave him the room which we booked. The women at the hotel wasn't friendly at all. He just desapointed. The location also terrible
