GRVery nice location with excellent view. The property was very nice, spacious, very clean with big rooms and all the necessary equipment. The instructions we got from the host were very detailed and helpful. She had also placed in the refrigerator some food needed for breakfast.
The road to reach the property is not so easy and there was no mini market close to the property. The nearest market was 15 minutes away from the property.
GRThe place is in a perfect location, calm and relaxing, with all the facilities you need for a pleasant and quiet stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The nature surrounding of the property is very beautiful with an amazing view to the sea and Monemvasia hill. The owner Regina was very helpful and has managed to provide us with everything we need, in every detail and this has been a positive add up to our experience. We definitely suggest this property for a unique stay.

FRThe experience in Villa Art Foutia was simply amazing. This place is truly relaxing and inspiring, with a magnificent view, great location, outstanding comfort. The house is very clean and has everything you may need (we were a family of 5, with 3 teenager kids). Reghina welcomed us and explained all the details, including helpful advices on restaurants, sighseeing and all the commodities. She is a great host.
