No internet in the room , No working TV , Room with some small cockroach and bed not clean,there's no good lightning ,telephone is not working also...the good thing only there is a breakfast included worth 99 pesos only but if you want other breakfast you need to pay it.

Nothing. The rooms are mediocre at best and the location isnt great. Not a value for money.

I booked online and the autogenerated reply directed to call their support hotline which was a fake number. It wasn't even a local number with the right country code. I kept requesting change of date prior to the date of booking but they hardly reply and they never respond. I always receive the autogenerated reply more than 6 hours after the initial message.

It's really worth the price, or even more. I booked bunk bed or dormitory room for my brother, the room is good for 8 person but there were only 4 person including himself. He also said that the room is clean, so many Comfort room (CR) to choose, the aircon is working good and there is restaurant where you can order good and affordable food. I will surely book again.
