I'm disappointed to the cleanliness of the comfort room (CR) it's not clean anymore the sink and the shower room it needs to wipe out.

Convenient location, a nice big comfy bed and some amenities provided

Woke up to a load of ants in our suitcase and all over the floor, no tv remote and air con remote not working so was a little hot

To briefly recount the situation: I booked a room at Townhouse Oak Makati for June 5–7, 2025, for which I was charged PHP 3,922.00. However, when I arrived at the property on June 5, 2025, with my family including my child, we were refused accommodation. According to the front desk, their policy and protocol do not allow children to stay in the property. The cancellation was clearly not due to non-appearance on my part, but rather because we were rejected by the property upon arrival. This left us in a difficult situation, having to urgently find another place to stay on very short notice, which caused considerable inconvenience to me and my family. Before leaving the premises, I personally ensured with the front desk that the cancellation would not incur any charges. The staff member even showed me on her computer screen that the cancellation was processed. Despite this assurance, I was surprised to find that I was still charged for the unused booking, and worse, I was charged twice for the same transaction as reflected in my Statement of Account.(3922 x 2= 7,844) I even followed this up several times to the property , Oakland Townhouse Makati, through messages via booking.com but there was no refund made or actions made on their end..I filed a dispute to my bank for this transaction. So,beware of your bookings and transactions!Double check you SOA. Hope this is just a mistake on their end, hope this may not happen again to others.
