The location is stunning, a true island paradise. We loved the boardwalk in particular, and the amazing trees that have been preserved around the island. The room was big and spacious, with really comfortable beds. The shower was lovely, and our private pool area was magical at sunset. The main pool area is beautiful, with fantastic views. Food really good quality and so tasty, fresh and healthy. There was a really good variety, particularly for a lunch time menu. We had no problem trying new things across our week long stay. Staff are super friendly and lovely. All restaurant staff were fantastic, our GEM was great, and when our aircon broke the reception staff quickly moved us between rooms quickly (with an upgrade). The spa is truly world class - massages were brilliant and we found our wellness assessments insightful.

The car transfer from the hotel to the airport went at over 100mph and was reckless. I fed this back at the time and the hotel were supportive and good in their response. If this hadn't have happened, my review would be a 9/10. Cost of day trips was so high we couldn't afford to go on any (e.g. a day island hopping was USD1,200, and just 1hr of sunset drinks was USD300). Overall a stay is very expensive. Whilst the room looked clean, when I dropped water on the villa floor and mopped it up with a towel, the towel was black with dirt. I would question how often villa floors are thoroughly cleaned, though the rest of it was spotless.

Sur 4 jours on a eu : Pas d.eau chaude 2 jours Une coupure d.électricité dans notre chambre,, Un rat sur la terrasse Le jacuzzi de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas Cela fait beaucoup pour 4 jours, à cela s.ajoute peu d.activité qd la météo est mauvaise La plupart des activités sont payantes est très chères… Très décevant même si le personnel est très agréable
