Blue Ocean Villa

The house was very clean, including the swimming pool, and there was everything we needed for our stay. The view on the ocean is gorgeous, the rooms were comfortable and the kitchen well equiped. There is also a little coffee and a small shop at the end of the street, which is convenient for small things (milk, bread, a couple of vegetables), but don't expect to buy everything you need for your stay there (for this, you'll need to go to the supermarket at Ponta do Sol). The place is quiet and we slept well, even though there are quite a lot of dogs barking at night (but they are not too close and it does not last forever). Good to know: the swimming pool is not heated. It is a good thing for the environment, but don't expect to find the water at 25°C. It was not a problem for our daughters, we found it a bit more difficult to get into the water. Even though we didn't actually meet José during our stay, he was always available on WhatsApp and very helpful when we had questions or needed advice.

It was a bit difficult to find the house when we arrived, but mostly because we couldn't believe that the street where it's located is actually meant for cars... it's really, really narrow. And so much so that you must arrive from the street opposite to it; at least with our Peugeot 3008 we found that it was impossible to turn into the street, the only way was straight on.

Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für alle Ausflugsziele. Fussläufig sind 2 Levadas direkt erreichbar. Der Pool ist klasse und das Haus sehr idyllisch gelegen. Bar und Mini-Supermarkt direkt ums Eck. Super freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Ausstattung Wohnzimmer für 4 Personen knapp, aber ausreichend.

Vorsicht: wenn man nicht weiß wo die extrem enge. Einfahrt ist, dann wird es schwierig. Zufahrt erfordert gute Fahrkünste.

Tolles Haus mit guter Ausstattung - innen und außen. Der Blick über die Bananenplantage Richtung Meer ist wunderschön. Alles ist ganz neu und die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Es gibt ein elektrisches Tor (Fernbedienung) für die Zufahrt zum Haus. In der Nähe gibt es eine wunderschöne Levada-Wanderung.

Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist wirklich ein wenig schmal.

La Blue Ocean villa si trova sulle colline di Ponta do Sol, circondata da alberi di banano e con una meravigliosa vista sull'oceano. La sera è possibile ammirare il tramonto e più tardi, grazie alla totale assenza di inquinamento luminoso, le splendide stellate. La zona in cui si trova la villa è molto tranquilla e silenziosa e questo consente di rilassarsi al 100%. Durante la notte regna un silenzio assoluto, e anche durante il giorno i rumori sono praticamente inesistenti. Ponta do Sol è in una posizione ideale per spostarsi verso le zone dei trekking e anche verso Funchal e l'aeroporto. Anche la visita della zona Nord dell'isola è facile da questa posizione. La casa è moderna, molto funzionale, super pulita ed accessoriata. L'arredamento è molto curato, e c'è tutto quello che serve per una vacanza. Anche un nucleo famigliare di 3/4 persone può starci tranquillamente perché gli ambienti sono ben distribuiti e sfruttati al meglio. Un grande plus della casa è la presenza della piscina privata (con angolo idromassaggio) che - a richiesta e a pagamento - può essere riscaldata. Noi l'abbiamo usata moltissimo e, anche nelle giornate coperte o con vento, l'acqua calda consente di restare in acqua per molto tempo. Sicuramente ne vale la pena! Vicino alla casa (due minuti a piedi) c'è un piccolo supermercato fornito di tutto il necessario. Josè è stato un ospite impeccabile, ci ha fatto trovare alcuni piccoli doni (tipici dell'Isola) ed è stato sempre disponibile e reattivo per le nostre richieste o domande. La connessione WI-FI della casa funziona perfettamente, e molto comode sono anche la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice (da noi utilizzate perché viaggiavamo con un bagaglio leggero e quindi ogni giorno lavavamo e - a volte asciugavamo - l'abbigliamento utilizzato per il trekking). Negli ultimi metri la via di accesso è un po' stretta ma è più che fattibile e la casa è dotata di un comodo parcheggio.

Super logement, très bien équipé et moderne. La vue et la calme. Tout était parfait. La piscine avec spa intégré après les randonnées. 2 levadas à faire au départ du logement. Les cadeaux à l’arrivée au top ! L’hôte très soucieux de notre bien-être et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons fortement. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
