The way they treat us and good communication that we had.

The Host was friendly, welcoming and the room was clean.

There was no basic necessity like hand soap and towels.

The location is excellent. Very close to the N1 and close to a host of other attractions in Bloemfontein.

The host was not ready for me when I arrived at the guest house, I had to wait for 20 minutes before I could get into my room. There was no aircon in the room even tough they had a fan that worked effectively. The blinds in the bathroom was not connected properly and thus when I tried to close them the whole blind fell off. The light in the bathroom was a heating light that warms up the whole bathroom, this would be a great feature in winter times, hoewever, not during the summer where temperatures rise between 30 & 40 degrees.
