酒店风景很好，眺望大海，有两个方向得海景房可以选择，还可以眺望山景，夜晚的景色特别棒；门口有专门到三宫的接驳车，出行很方便；整体服务也非常到位，早餐种类丰富味道也很好；楼顶的牛排屋推荐预约天黑的时间，夜景特别特别棒，可以尝到1:1 service的顶级神户和牛；一楼有免费的自助bar可以方便一些checkout或者等待checkin的客人；门口还有全家便利店可以给交通卡充值或者买牛奶可尔必思还有手信；酒店设计简直是I人天堂，最大限度的减少人员交互，提前注册QR code后可以走自助checkin通道，可以切中文英文显示非常方便，不过生成房卡需要跟工作人员交流，退房可以直接丢信箱里走smart checkout；另外寄存行李也是自助的，房间打扫可以通过OR code自助登记哪天打扫哪天不打扫，基本上除了拿房卡之外可以全程不用跟人交流，简直不能更棒！！

Wonderful hotel! The staff was excellent. Our room was clean, offering a magnificent view of the mountains, the city, and the sea. The location is very convenient, with beautiful walking areas, the promenade, and shopping malls all within walking distance. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to Sannomiya Station, which is incredibly handy. We loved everything about our stay and highly recommend it to everyone!

Aanbod ontbijt was wel voldoend, maar de schotels bleven lang leeg, voor een hotel van dit kaliber was dit toch wat ondermaats. Betalen voor een stoel inde bar, was voor ons toch een beetje raar
