Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich alle Mühe gegeben darüber hinweg zu täuschen, dass sie einen Wäscheservice anbieten, der aber an diesem Tag nicht mehr zur Verfügung stand. Ich hätte einen Tag länger bleiben müssen, um meine Sachen gewaschen zu bekommen. So habe ich das Wichtigste unter der Dusche von Hand gewaschen. Aber das Personal hat meinen Ärger darüber mit aller Freundlichkeit dieser Welt abgefangen.
