Villa Alta Vista

Super logement avec des hôtes à l’écoute et bienveillants ! Vue incroyable et logement très confortable comme à la maison. En plus il y a le jardin très sympa et un super spot pour coucher de soleil à 3 min c’était magnifique !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio per 3 notti a inizio giugno e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Si tratta di un piccolo monolocale molto accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole: la cucina è completa di utensili, pentole, padelle e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Il letto è comodissimo e la vista mare al mattino, con l'alba che si vede direttamente dalla stanza, è semplicemente meravigliosa. Il bagno è spazioso e dispone anche di una lavatrice, un dettaglio molto utile soprattutto per soggiorni di più giorni. All'esterno c'è una graziosa verandina con tavolino, perfetta per fare colazione o rilassarsi la sera. Un vero punto di forza è l'enorme area verde curata nei minimi dettagli proprio di fronte all'appartamento: un'oasi di tranquillità con sdraio, altalene e persino un barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti. Gli host sono stati estremamente gentili, disponibili e attenti a ogni esigenza, facendoci sentire subito come a casa. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura e siamo certi che torneremo presto!

Sabino ist ein toller Gastgeber! Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist supersauber, das Bett ist sehr bequem bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Außerdem sind es viele kleine Dinge und Aufmerksamkeiten durch die sich diese Unterkunft von anderen abhebt (Obstkorb aus eigenem Anbau usw.). Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft und vieles in der Umgebung ist mit dem Auto super zu erreichen. Ich würde sagen, man benötigt aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Insgesamt eine absolute 10/10 und die beste Unterkunft auf unserem Tripp.

Appartement très cocooning, bien aménagé, bien équipé, très joliment décoré, très propre, bonne literie. Petite terrasse qui donne sur un petit jardin magnifique. Lit en mezzanine avec vue sur l'océan. Une corbeille de fruits nous attendait avec quelques spécialités de la région , une petite attention que nous avons particulièrement apprécié ainsi que l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire à notre arrivée.

De locatie

Appartement was kleiner dan verwacht. Gelukkig was het mooi weer en konden we op het terras eten. Ruimte onder mezzanine vonden we maar niets. Heel vervelend om je spullen te nemen uit je valies. Super goede douche. Badkamer was goed geïnstalleerd maar ook wel klein.

Though just two of us, we got the family apt because we were staying for 3 nights. We loved having a living room, kitchen, dining area, washer and balcony. This property is conveniently located near some great Levada hikes, a big grocery store, and a few restaurants. The owner was so very nice. He greeted us warmly. We were given fruits from his organic garden, and some other wonderful treats. I highly recommend this property

Logement situé au calme, bien agencé avec une terrasse appréciable. Tout le nécessaire est disponible pour cuisiner. Sabino répond très rapidement aux messages, il aime rendre service et donner des conseils sur les endroits à visiter. C'est un bon appartement pour visiter l'île dans son intégralité !
