A casa e top uma casa verdadeiramente Alentejana. Bem localizada com grande variedade de gastronomia e locais para visitar nas terras das redondezas.

A porta de entrada não funciona bem. O autoclismo tem problemas. As paredes de pedra e de tejolos de barro tem falta de verniz para fixar as argamassa das juntas, derivado a isso tem sempre fragmentos no chão em cima da cama e do móvel da cozinha a pintura do pavimento não e adequada dai esta a saltar em vários sítios e não dá um aspecto de sujidade o teto junto a cabeceira da cama não esta concluído e cai fragmentos do mesmo em cima da cama. Com um pouco de profissionalismo a casa fica com nota 10.
