Nothing, the property was perfect for what we needed.

After a proper look around, this place is not somewhere I would ever recommend. The accommodation was extremely dusty, and the cutlery was dirty — which wouldn't have been such a big issue if there had been hot water available to wash up. I had to resort to boiling the kettle just to clean things properly. The shower wasn't working at all. A man did come out to inspect it and confirmed that it was faulty — I even have video evidence of this. To make matters worse, the communication via WhatsApp and the Booking.com chat was appalling. Whoever is handling customer service clearly lacks manners and any understanding of basic customer care. A little respect goes a long way — speak to people how you'd like to be spoken to. Overall, a terrible experience. Not worth the hassle in any way. Disgusting service and substandard accommodation. Please avoid at all costs. I did request a partial refund and was told ' nothing to resolve go where you want '

The cleanliness and the size of the apartment.

Not a lot. The best thing about this was the location as we were working in the area.

Where to start!!!! Let’s start with the immense amounts of inconvenience when checking in. Went to the local corner shop to collect the key, the key hadn’t been returned so the shop assistant had nothing to give to me when I gave the PIN code over. I had emailed, called and messaged the property owner/company several times for updates on this.. they didn’t respond for over 1.5 hours. I then had to wait on a call to Booking.com for 45 minutes to speak to somebody who then contacted the owner. The owner eventually called me back. Told me there were still people in the property and asked for me to go and have a look who was in there!? Like that was my job for a start. She then eventually gave me keys to another apartment but it was so dirty, badly looked after, carpet stains, marks and food/drinks up the wall, mould in the shower, no plates or cutlery and clearly lots of things missing which hadn’t been checked over. I would never go back there again and I truly believe this is falsely advertised online. Pictures are very deceiving!!!!
