I liked the layout and the modern farmhouse decor. I really liked the whole, not being on top of anyone else. And the Privacy.

It wasn't the cleanest. You can see the dust all over the foot boards. And there was grass all over the bathroom rugs. And the rug on the entry of the doors. But the grass in the bathroom bothered me alot. Because stepping out of the shower I had to lay a towel down so I didnt get it on my feet. Also the shower head in the bathroom is terrible, in my opinion, I've seen worse tho. But that thing shoots out the water so hard in little beads you can get a good clean on your face and it shoots so hard the water sprinkles all over the walls and floor. It does have cows around the property, which didnt bother me. We ran one back into the fence while we stayed there. The electric fence must not have been working properly. But it does have a cow poop smell outside. Also about the grass, looked like the grass was recently cut b4 we arrived. Which it is the beginning of the mowing season. But someone let it get way too tall b4 cutting it, cause that dead grass was laid all over the porches and grass and had that rotted smell. Oh yea, and there's an ant problem. You can see several ant nest all over the back rock patio. We wanted to have a fire in the fire pit, but between the ant nest and the grownup weeds. I didnt want to full with it. Oh and the hot tub needs cleaned. You can see particles laying in the bottom of it. But hey, it did work.
