Coast Cottage Porto Rafti-Avlaki by BRP-Properties

This was a beautiful, modern cottage with amazing views. Aris was an excellent host and communicator.

The location of the propery was amazing - the cove where it's located is spectacular. Right on the water and a short walk to the sandy (quasi) Panorama Beach. Shelf check-in was easy and the hosts were very responsive and sent detailed pictures to find the cottage and check-in. The unit was clean on arrival. The bathroom was recently renovated and had a nice shower. Kitchen was decently equiped - had a microwave and drip coffee pot as well as pod machine (forget which brand as we like drip coffee). A great value and we would like to return if we ever travel to Greece again as it's a great stop either on arrival or the ahead of departure as it's 30 minutes from the airport. Beds were comfortable. It's not super high end luxury but a very comfortable cottage by the sea.

Not much. There's no DW (not in listing so was expected) but that's not a big deal. TV is too small in LR and at wrong height (not shown in pictures). Dining table small. Suggest they provide beach towels and a few more plates for larger groups (was fine for us).

Es war nur ein guter Gartenstuhl vorhanden. Man könnte die Outdoor Möbel besser gestalten.

Der Check in verlief problemlos dank eines Schlüsselsafe, da wir erst in der Nacht angereist sind. Schlafzimmer: Hatte genau die Ausstattung die man brauchte um zu Schlafen und einen Kleiderschrank, Spiegel und eine Wahnsinns aussicht aus einem der Zimmer. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Fernseher und gute Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Küche war ein Traum. Wir sind oft in Ferienwohnungen unterwegs und hatten noch nie so eine gut ausgestattete Küche zum kochen: Backofen Microwelle Wasserkocher Kaffeemaschine Kühlschrank mit tiefkühler. Schere und viele Utensilien zum kochen Es gab ausreichend müllbeutel, Waschmittel, Besen, Staubsauger etc. Gerettet hat uns der Erste Hilfe Kasten, da mein Mann am ersten Tag Fieber bekommen hatte und dort lag unter anderem Ibuprofen drinnen. Sogar Shampoo und Duschgel gab es. Der Garten Bereich hat eine schöne Wildblumenwiese, weshalb wir Schmetterlinge und Bienen beobachten konnten. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern ging problemlos auf WhatsApp und die Hausregeln waren verständlich formuliert.

An sich hat uns alles gefallen hier nur zwei verbesserungsvorschläge: Eventuell noch zwei/ drei tiefe Teller Und einen Ersatzschwamm zum Geschirrspülen.(Eventuell habe ich den auch nicht gefunden) 😉

A very nice place - garden and cottage. Well-equipped kitchen. Very good contact with the owner. Quiet surroundings. From the garden you can access a walking path to the center.

Lights flickered in the rooms when we turned on the water heater and the kettle. The smoke detector above the stove set off an alarm when we were cooking pasta in a pot and steam rose.

הדבר היחיד שהיה מעט בעייתי- הספק החשמל מתקשה להתמודד עם העומס שנוצר בהפעלה משולבת של הקומקום, והכירה למשל.
