Super nice, kind and helpful hosts. Fair price: you get what you pay!

It is a bit ‚puffig‘. My rating is probably a bit low but it compensate some of the overratings i have been reading.

I found it by chance as a stopover from Kerikeri to Rotorua and I only regret not having more time to stay. Charming, comfortable, quiet and very close to Bethells Beach.

Location was good. 20 min walk from Swanson where we could buy nice food. best things were: the lookout terrace with the view of Auckland CBD. Little treat with a bucket of fresh plum straight from the garden.

Nothing. Everything was superb.
