Чистота на 9 з 10, але мені це не завадило поставити 10 цьому помешканню!)

The location is excellent. The apartment is located in the Eurovea complex, with a shopping mall directly in the building. The city center is very close and easily reachable on foot. Private garage parking is a big advantage and everything needed for a comfortable stay is nearby.

The cleanliness was below expectations. When we arrived, the apartment could have been much cleaner. We informed the host and she reacted quickly by sending a cleaner, which we appreciate. However, the cleaner was not aware of the issues and we had to point out several areas ourselves (dust, hair on the furniture). The apartment did not feel fresh overall, there was an unusual smell, towels smelled unpleasant, and the bedding did not look properly clean. Given the price and location, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness.

No contact with the host, just self check in. They listed 2 beds, bedroom and sofa bed, but didn't make the sofa bed on our request. Washers and dryer were full of linen, so we had to use them ourself.. No facilities
