Unfortunately, our reservation was canceled by the host on the day of arrival. However, everything was explained to us. The house was undergoing finishing renovations, the host apologized to us, we were refunded and even offered 2 free nights as compensation for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but I believe this one was unintentional and that the host definitely deserves a second chance. I can't rate the comfort of the accommodation, but I can definitely rate the communication and the host's approach to the situation. Communication with the host was quick and smooth and everything was resolved soon. And for that I give the highest rating.
