"Motel from Hell!!!!"

Motel reservation was not available. Elderly man at the desk said there was no reservation then he turned away and walked out the back door. We had to go to another motel and rent a room.Very poor management and Staff. Will never stay there for sure..Owner should fire that whole shift!!!!Very dissatisfied in Houston

Didn't like anything or anyone at this motel. The staff was very very rude!!! They thought they were better than anybody else!!!

The bathroom door did not close, and it was dirty. It was uncomfortable and noisy. The floor was sticky and there was an order.

I got a non smoking room because I have 3 small kids and the room had a terrible smell.. the microwave did not work.. the towels all had a stain on every single one of them
