L'accueil chaleureux des hôtes, le logement, les figues fraîches et les amandes, la proximité de la plage et de l'excellent restaurant!

Un petit plateau pour monter sur la terrasse avec l'apéritif ou le petit dejeuner..., serait bienvenu !

Questa villetta è piccola ma indipendente. Si trova al centro di una piccola valletta privata. Molto bene organizzata all’interno con una zona zona giorno (cucina ben attrezzata bagnetto e soggiorno) e zona notte al primo piano con una terrazza molto godibile. Vicinissima (non più di 100m) ad una delle più belle spiagge di Lipsi (Katsadia)

Purtroppo è stata una grande delusione. La location era buona ma la casa è piccola e scomoda con i soffitti bassissimi sta in una sorta di cantiere abbandonato e sporco.

La casa è asfissiante manca l’aria i soffitti sono alti meno di 2m al piano di sopra. Le foto della pubblicità non rendono. Il costo è veramente eccessivo e non vale la pena. Non c’è Wi-Fi malgrado sia dichiarata e non c’è copertura della rete telefonica. Sconsigliato.

The villa was nice

The reception from the host was ordinary after advising the hosts son that I didn’t need to be collected from the port the host still went to the port looking for us then greeted us with I have been waiting for you etc very unwarranted. paid extra for my extra guests which was agreed with the son when I enquired about extra guests and on my last day then confronted by the host for more money the extra guests slept on a blow up mattress outside, unfortunately not the experience I was expecting in a remote part of a very small island in Greece.

Excellent location and exactly as shown in pictures.. Beach is only 80m. away and thr Beach Restaurant Dilaila is also excellent to spent your day.. the hosts Aggeliki and Agapios are really kind and warm and made as feal like home..

Wifi was reachable only from some specific spots of the terrace.
