Sehr freundliche Einweisung. Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Die Ruhezeit von 15 bis 18 Uhr. Für Paare ohne Kinder ist das sicherlich in Ordnung. Für Familien mit Kindern, die unbedingt in den Pool wollen, ist es schwierig. Da wir zu der Zeit unterwegs waren, war es kein Problem. Sollte man aber vorher wissen. Der Pool ist eher zum ruhigen Schwimmen gedacht.

The house in total is beautiful, the apartment is very modern, well equipped, comfortable bed, functional bathroom. Everything was 100% clean. Parking is easy behind the building. AC is working very well. We had the apartment in the ground-floor next to the pool @ the front door. There are 2 pools, which are very clean and nice. Pools surrounded by plants, sunbeds and umbrellas. Very good about the apartment is that it has mosquito nets on all windows and doors (very convenient). Additionally there are jalousines on the 2 terasse doors. They have bikes for free rental. We were able to stay in the room until 13h, and on the pool until 15h, normal checkout was 11h, without additional charge.

Reception desk is just in front of the doors of the ground-floor apartments, which is not very well solved, as you hear EVERYTHING. The house is super poorly soundproofed. You hear everybody talking, walking around of moving baggages. When we came back from dinner, there was an extreme loud sound (23.30h) coming from the pool right infront of our bed behind the terasse door. There was something stuck in the filter and we couldnt sleep. We contacted the owner in the night, who came to solve it, but sound started again at 5h in the morning, so we couldnt sleep very well. Additionally the owner is trying to help you with everything, but she is "too much", too much talking, too much information, to many rules and observing the guests. She was running around the property all our 2 days at the pool and we felt very observed and overwhelmed by her rules. The worst thing about our stay was that the apartment for 2 adults had only 1 sunbed and no umbrella. I really do not understand this, as if you book for 2 adults, you want to have 2 sunbeds for sure. And there is enough space around the pool, for every adult to have 1 sunbed. Better would be if all sunbeds @ the pool are just free for everybody, so first come, first serve, easy and normal. The bad thing was that the owner annoyed us several times by explaining us the same thing again and again: that our apartment has only 1 sunbed, and that the other sunbed we used is from another apartment (they people where not @ the pool) - so it made absolutely no sense. We knew that and in case, we would have given it back to the other guests. Also to have no umbrella is bad by having 100% sun for 10 hours. The beauty of this place is destroyed by all this, unfortunately... :(

Die Unterkunft lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wie kommen gerne wieder!

Very well taken care of, beautiful rooms with everything you need and more. The location is perfect to drive to beaches or Lefkada. Very spacious rooms and very modern

Maybe only that the pools are shared. But not important for us
