Pobyt w LL Properties The Downtown to prawdziwa przyjemność! Apartament ma znakomitą lokalizację – w samym centrum Akureyri, tuż obok kawiarni, sklepów i restauracji, a jednocześnie jest tu cicho i spokojnie. Dzięki temu to idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta i całej północnej Islandii. Wnętrze zachwyca – czystość na najwyższym poziomie, wręcz sterylna, wszystko pachnące i zadbane. Apartament jest świetnie wyposażony, od w pełni funkcjonalnej kuchni (ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi naczyniami i sprzętami), po wygodne łóżka i praktyczne udogodnienia, które sprawiają, że można poczuć się jak w domu. Na ogromny plus zasługuje też kontakt z gospodarzami – bardzo szybki, pomocny i serdeczny. Widać, że naprawdę zależy im na komforcie gości i dbają o każdy szczegół. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce wszystkim podróżującym – komfort, idealne położenie i profesjonalna obsługa sprawiają, że pobyt tutaj jest niezapomniany. Chciałbym tu zdecydowanie wrócić. Apartament który dostaliśmy miał widok na Zatokę.

Absolutamente todo: buena ubicacion, todas las comodidades, buen aislamiento termico y sonoro, relacion con el host estupenda.

Que no sabiamos que el fin de semana que nos alojamos en Akureyri habia conciertos y un escenario montado en la calle del apartamento, por lo que llegar en coche fue mucho mas lioso.

Location is @city area and accessible to many restaurants. Self check in instruction is clear and the place is cozy, warm. Perfect for a couple to chill there.

A bit lost to get lift and feel like inside maze cuz of door before room 301-303. 😅dryer is not working after 5 mins, could be electrify not able to support the dryer electric usage. Lucky the breaker system is there so that won’t have electric shock.

A sétálóutca folytatásában van, ha nem is nagy látószögben, de rálát a fjordra. A lakás kényelmes, tiszta, a konyha elfogadható felszereltségű. Lift van, mi a a 3. emeleten laktunk a 303. szobában. Wifi-kódot nem jót kaptunk, de a router talpán ott van a QR kód, beolvasva kiváló wifi volt. A TV-n van Netflix (is). Törülközők és nagyon jó hajszárító, bőséges tisztálkodószer is volt.

Csak a wifi elérhetőség jelentett gondot, de megírtuk a szállásadónak a megoldást.

Not fit for a family or a group Not sheets or duvet covers for the sofa bed, were brought in on the 2nd day so we had to make our own arrangements for the first night. Sofa bed needs a replacement, so does the bed and the window curtains. Lot of noise from the street from drunken people during both nights. Hard to find a parking spot
