La propriétaire est très gentille, elle nous a attendu jusqu'à 23h pour nous donner les clés. Logement très propre et très bien aménagé. À 15min à pied de la mer et de la gare de train.

Emplacement de parking pas dans la même résidence que l'appartement.

Parkeerplaats op 3min lopen en niet op loopafstand van het strand. Mevrouw voor de sleutel kan alleen italiaans maar is handig met Google translate.

La struttura era molto carina, interni nuovi e spazi molto ampi. Facile da raggiungere e dotata di un parcheggio riservato molto vicino alla struttura. L’host della casa è stata molto disponibile e facilmente reperibile, inoltre ci ha fatto la cortesia di indicarci ottimi ristoranti/ bar rendendo il nostro soggiorno molto gradevole.

La casa è leggermente lontana, dista 20 min a piedi dal centro di Rapallo. affittare una bici per muoversi a Santa Margherita/Paraggi/Portofino è abbastanza complicato in quanto le strade sono molto strette e molto trafficate, quindi se non si ha intenzione di muoversi in macchina (data la difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio), bisogna tenere in considerazione questo aspetto.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Amazing hosts, very good communication, they provided several treats at the kitchen that was a pleasant surprise, even offered a parking spot.

The Apt was very clean and had all amenities we needed - fully working kitchen, iron air con. The decor in the property was also lovely! Emanuela was very helpful all through our stay. She helped us with directions to catch the ferry to Portofino and checked in on us. We also really appreciated the little touches of water, breakfast and sparkling wine! Thank you!

The one bedroom apartment was relatively large with a small kitchen, though we didn't use it except for tea and coffee. It was clean, accessible though an elevator. The lady was responsive, although language is a problem. WA messages worked well. The lady was there to hand over the keys and instructions followed by WA. The location is a little off the center, but reasonably close if ready to walk.

The access and size of the garage is a challenge. Recommend to park the car at ground level and take a look at the ramp and turns before driving in.

The host was very hospitable and accommodating. we arrived late for check in but we found a solution with the host's help. The apartment is recently renovated and very clean. We liked it very much.
