Heaven Surf Camp

Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche et avons eu la désagréable surprise de constater que la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée. Draps non changés donc lit non fait. Salle de bain non nettoyée et reste des anciens vacanciers encore présents. Une chambre avec deux lits simples nous a été proposée.Pour un voyage avec réalisé avec mon conjoint je trouve cela déplorable. Cette seconde chambre n’avait également pas été nettoyée et pour cause : « nous avons eu un problème avec la femme de ménage. » Nous avons fait part de notre déception et rien ne nous a été proposé. Nous avons effectué une nuitée sur trois. Là encore rien ne nous a été proposée malgré l’annonce de notre départ précipité. Nous avons été très déçu de ce logement pourtant si bien noté.

I only planned to stay one night at Heaven Surf Camp, but honestly it made me want to stay longer. The atmosphere is super relaxing, everything is clean and well organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. Such a beautiful experience — I definitely recommend it. Thank you for the amazing hospitality ❤️ .

This place looks nothing like the photos online and the positive reviews are confounding. First off, the road to the place was full of potholes. The room was not clean and there were no towels. When we asked for them we were given wet towels which the manager insisted were just cold. However, we would not have taken a shower in that bathroom under any circumstances. Even though there was a sign saying “no smoking” there were 2 cigarette butts in the trash can. We forfeited our 2nd night and got out of there as soon as possible. Hopefully, the photos are enough to explain what we saw.

We had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation due to misleading information and poor service. We specifically booked and paid for the entire house, which was advertised as a 6-bedroom property suitable for our group of seven adults. However, upon arrival, we were only given access to two bedrooms, with all seven of us expected to stay within those rooms. The rest of the house was not accessible to us at all, despite us having booked the entire property. This was completely different from what was advertised and what we paid for. Additionally, the condition of the beds and mattresses was poor. The mattresses were uncomfortable and not in proper condition, and the rooms were not very clean. We had clearly informed the host of our arrival time in advance, yet when we arrived, there were still people inside the property. We were asked to wait outside for nearly an hour while the place was being cleaned after our arrival. Even after waiting, we were still not given full access to the house as booked. Overall, this experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and not worth the money paid. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone expecting the listing details to be accurate.

I did not like the property because the location was in a poor environment, the listing information was misleading, the apartment was not tidy, and the host lacked professionalism.
