The Train Suites

The locations was very rough. We chose it because it was so close to the train station where we had to catch an early morning train, but if we had our time back we would have stayed a couple streets away where it wasn't as sketchy!

The room was very basic, the rug was dirty and the AC unit on the wall leaked water all over our luggage.

Great location and a very friendly and helpful host Daniele. Amazing city view and great modern furniture and bathroom.

Everything was nice and clean, we agreed on everything easily with Daniel. The location is great, especially if you plan to visit around, as the train station is close by.

The only complaint is that our toilet was outside the room, but it was only ours and we had the key, it was neat and clean.

Location is great - very close to the railway station, numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants. Friendly staff. Nice view from the apartment - and that's about it. The rest is awful.

Originally, we booked a 30 m2 room with a private bathroom on Bookings.com, as it was advertised in the listing by the property owner. However, upon our arrival, we were assigned a 15 m2 room with no bathroom at all. Additionally, the person who escorted us to the room also provided a second key for a so-called "private bathroom," which was not located inside the room, but across the hallway with other rooms. The premises of this accommodation is simply a large apartment split into three rooms, two of which had bathrooms (and potentially kitchens), while the one we were given did not. This setup was extremely uncomfortable, especially at night, as we had to find the keys, put on our boots, and get dressed just to go across the hallway to the bathroom for basic needs, which inevitably created noise and disturbed our fellow travelers. This led to a miserable stay, and I wished for it to be over as soon as possible. The room was also advertised as soundproof and with an extra-long bed, which is not accurate. I could hear people watching TikToks on their phones at 1:00 AM, and while it was not particularly loud, it was possible to hear everything happening behind our neighbors' walls. This was so frustrating that I had to knock on the neighbors' door to request them to cease the noise. Additionally, the bed provided was not extra long as advertised, but rather a regular size. Furthermore, the wardrobe mounted inside the wall was useless, as the bed took up most of the space in the room, and the wardrobe doors wouldn't open to put the clothes inside. Considering these factors, this accommodation did not offer good value for money. We felt misled by the property owner, and I am very disappointed with the experience, making me hesitant to book properties on Booking.com in the future.

The room had a balcony.

The bathroom was separate from the room. Coffee and tea were not refilled.

It is a very comfortable and clean apartment with good facilities. The location is excellent, in the centre, near the train station, three streets away from the sea! Very good value for money. Daniele who provides the transfer from and to the airport is very professional and offers good information about the places to see and eat. We will surely come back!

Location is top and we were able to go out, drink a coffee and have croissant with pistachio crème. All bus and train stations are near, you are on the main bar and shopping street and you can easily reach everything. The room is fine, has all you need. Be aware to have adapter for the electronic devices. If you forgot we found out we have on the dryer. We were very pleased with our stay. The host is very polite and answered our questions quickly.

Sometimes the water was not so hot as we wished.
