The worst service and hotel I've ever experienced in Bali and Java. They are scammers and cheats. I booked a room on Agoda on the top floor, but they claimed that this room was more expensive and demanded an additional payment. For over an hour, they refused to check me in, demanding that I cancel my reservation and pay the amount on the spot. Even though I showed them all the screenshots and the booking confirmation. It was already late and it started raining, so I had to rebook on Booking.com for a higher price. You won't be able to sleep either, because there's construction going on under the window, roosters crow at 5 a.m., and motorcycles trying to drive up the hill will wake you up for sure. There is no soundproofing. The view is beautiful, unless you look down, where there are piles of trash under the windows. I strongly advise against it; don't ruin your vacation and your mood!

Netter Empfang und auch Hilfsbereit. Toll das man nur 30.000 zahlen muss anstatt 150.000 für zum Wasserfall da man dort übernachtet. Zimmer waren sauber und sehr gross. mann konnte Netflix und YouTube schauen Abends da man nicht gross raus geht, weil es eher abgelegen ist und nicht viel hat um nachts was zu unternehme.

Abends sobald es dunkel ist und das Licht im Zimmer brennt, kommen unzählige Tiere hinen. Wir mussten mit Tücher und Papier die offenen stellen von den Balkontüren unten parikatieren das keine Tiere mehr hinenkommen.

My husband and I stayed for one night to visit the waterfalls. The view from the window was amazing! The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly. We liked everything!

Дают спрей от Комаров но лучше бы заменили на электрические в разетку , нас не кто не кусал но все же

Номера суперские. Была во всех, так жили компанией . Очень красиво, виды фантастические.

Единственное стройка прямо под окнами , из-за чего пришлось постоянно закрывать окна

PLEASE TAKE CAUTION. I was lied to and gaslit by this owner. You will receive a message that there’s “noise” at the property. Total normal for Bali and I’m normally very understanding. I arrive and there’s construction directly beneath my window, the loudest I’ve ever experienced in Bali (and those times the owners told me the TRUTH, that they were having construction). I was woken up at 7am to construction, coffee humidified and not a single person at the reception. I had to wait until nearly 9am for coffee or breakfast. When I complained to the owner, I was told that since I didn’t ask what KIND of noise, that I agreed to the terms. Gaslight, dishonest…. I’ve never been treated like that before and I live in Bali, I understand what noise and construction is like. I’m warning people to watch out, he lied to me and made me feel horrible.

Amazing view from the window and a very comfortable bed and room. The view from the window is the best part of the stay. It truly feels like waking up surrounded by nature. At night, there are many nature and jungle sounds, which may make sleeping difficult for some people, and during the day there is also quite a lot of construction noise. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was very good and delicious.
