Everything was perfect. The manager Emma was very friendly and helpful. We definitely would come back!

The bang for your buck is so good at this lovely little homestay! You get a lovely, bright, big room filled with natural light for a very, very reasonable price. You can refill your water bottle right next to the room (free water refills are not the norm on the island, which is insane as the little island is getting filled with single use plastic bottles). Lovely staff and cute cats who are cuddly. Nice big bed, everything you need. Can recommend for the budget traveller for sure!

Was in the middle of the center in a quite calm street. 1 monute walk and you can reach maim street of island. 5 min walk to the beach. You don't hear the mosq in that area. staff was very friendly

The location is perfect in the heart of the island Close to the harbour and the supermarket and kopi Susu In the room there is a special fridge and it's quite big to store your things. Water dispenser

I was suffering from aching caused by bed bugs. The stuff responding to me are you request and change the sheets and put a double sheet on the mattress then it was fine. The toilet shower is broken and it was spraying all around the place. She offered me to change the room but it was last day before check out then I said rather stay in the place because I had all my luggage stuff around. I'm in on special diet I ask the manager at the beginning if I can use the kitchen of the guest house which is quite normal in all guest houses I visit so far in Indonesia. She tried to act like I'm getting an access to five star hotels restaurant when I saw the way she was handling the request it seemed to be that trying to complicate the thing after negotiation she accepted that I'm allowed to use the kitchen. The first day I arrive there were electrical shutdown I thought it's quite normal then it keeps shutting down on the same hours every day during my stay. At the end I came to know it was not normal and the manager wasn't blaming me that I didn't inform them about the thing although it's quite obvious that from the first day she told me that it was shut down

Amazing place, Emma and all the staff are so kind and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, aircon worked fantastic, good wifi connection, and you can barely hear the mosque at any time of day, Best sleep we had.

Quiet place. Location was good, not far from the dock or main street.

Could use a chair in the room. No duvet on the bed, just a sheet.

Perfectly situated in Gili Air, nice and quiet surrounding. Personnel is very and the rooms are spacious!
