The owners, Mr Bacha and his family, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The apartment is well equipped and clean and in a perfect position to access Bergen via tram and the neighbouring areas.

Location is very close to Airport and in a silent Neighborhood. Grocery store and tram is close by and the room is cozy with an amazing backyard. Their uploaded pictures don't do any justice to the natural beauty.

Location really convenient for Bybanen, airport, town centre and supermarket. Free parking for car. Full kitchen but see below. The apartment is clean and modern with good wi-fi and a large TV. Comfortable beds.

Such a shame but absolutely bare minimum kitchen equipment/ crockery in the cupboards, only 4 of everything and small teacups. Pans OK but no ovenware. Host brought some mugs and seemed obliging but he needs advice on the kitchen contents to bring it up to the expected standard. Otherwise the kitchen appliances worked well. Bedrooms are very small but beds comfortable, little room for cases. Recommended for 2 persons but 4 adults would be a squeeze. No dinner table.

Spotlessly clean, powerful shower, well equipped (just needs a sharp knife in the kitchen). Tram stop very close, yet apartment was quiet. We were offered the use of the garage for the motorbike.

The host is very friendly, when we got there, he showed up and guided us a room tour, because it was Christmas, he also prepared a gift for us! You can park your car in the yard, which is very nice. Wine and pizza in the refrigerator are also free. We are very satisfied.

When I entered, the apartment was invitingly lit and pleasantly warm, so I immediately felt welcome. The apartment is comfortably furnished, has a great bed, a nice bathroom and as a guest I was even given a bottle of wine and there were delicious sweets on the living room table.

Property is right next to but above Mådalen Bybanen stop - 27min to Bergen city centre and 16min from the airport. A good selection of restaurants, takeaways and shops a couple of stops away in each direction, plus easy connections with bus services. A large supermarket is about 150m away.

Very well equipped in general but could usefully add: a small sharp knife, a spatula for frying, a small table of normal height for using a laptop. The soundproofing in the building isn't brilliant but not a problem unless one is unusually noise sensitive. Not the right location for you if you want to see beautiful scenery from the windows.
