"Bad"

The property is inside a save place.

The check in was supposed to be at 3pm and it ended up being at 5pm and the woman was still cleaning and we had to wait for her to finish. The sheets where dirty. The kitchen floor was dirty. The next day we had no water or light, and for two days we had no WiFi and the woman didn’t let us know either. We stayed for 9 days and she charged us for 10 days. She charged the cleaning ahead of time and then she charged us again.
