Modern style, easy to find and park location, on the ground floor, is outfitted with mosquito nets on all windows, overall good value for money. The wooden inner roof/ceiling is very beautiful, nice craftsmanship. The lemon tree in front of the apartment smells amazing.

Not enough bed linen for the 4 of us, had to wait for the cleaner to deliver more. Challenging communication with the host due to modest English speaking skills on the host side. Although appearing clean the towels start smelling of mold on the first use.

The location is just fine - easy and free parking on the street, no paid parking zone. Walking down the street one ends up on the Volos seaside, which is quite nice. The accommodation was renovated not too long ago and provides most of the amenities one would expect, including a good Wi-Fi internet connection, 2 ACs, etc. A lemon tree adorns the front door and smells very nice in full bloom. The wooden inner roof of the main room was very beautiful, good craftsmanship always shows!

Although we booked for 2 adults & 2 children there were not enough sheets for all four. We had to reach out to the host and essentially lose some time waiting for the cleaner to provide more sheets. The bathroom was fine, with the exception of the shower head, which had nowhere to hang and was almost broken. The kitchen table and the chairs would benefit from a fix-up or replacement, as they feel flimsy. A microwave would be a nice addition as well.
