The breakfast is overpriced, does not worth it at all! The stuff is very friendly, but they do not understand anything you ask or request and it leads to constant missunderstandings which is super annoying.

We absolutely loved the cabins and prolonged our stay. Compared to the villas, this is a budget friendly accomodation, but it still felt fancy. Everything worked and felt advanced- can blur the window, set rainforest sounds. Can get also a real key to the room. You see the ocean and butterflies when you wake up. The terrace is lovely in the evening and we prefered staying there, not going to the restaurant. As a budget friendly customer, remember to buy your instant coffee and any alcoholic beverage at Bali airport, as there are no alcohol stores on the island. Grocery stores, more cafes, souvenir shops and ATM is a 30 min drive. Location is good, as you can reach surfing and tourism destinations with a scooter. The road to the airport is decent (compared to other places). Responsive staff on whatsapp. I don’t understand bad reviews that kids dont have anything to do here, as their parents simply felt cheap enough not to pay for a villa with a pool. You have to check in via app yourself but actually there is always a receptionist and a guard on the property. Airport transfer was arranged.

Wifi a bit unstable sometimes. Tip: instant coffee or tourism advice printout would be cool (we missed that on Sundays locals gather with their horses on the beach). As some roads dont exist on google maps, local advice can save a lot of time (waterfall, Watu bella beach etc).

Bathroom were quite small, overall finish was a little off

Love the place, the view, the originality of the cabins, the confort, staff...really really good.

The entire check in, check out and room key is done through an app. This means the doors have no locks from within and you can only open/close the door from an app. The problem comes with the app failing multiple times, wifi not working and therefore locks not working, etc. the technology is a disaster and we got stuck inside and outside of the room multiple times

Il y a une mise à jour informatique à faire car la lumière fort agréable ( memoire du site de Bandung )du plafonnier réglable en couleur et intensité était totalement défectueuse !!!

Le concept de la cabine hightech plus tôt sympa, lit très confortable et climatisation au top et vue incroyable sur la baie

Pas d'eau le matin et malgré plusieurs relance elle n'a pas été rétablie Le restaurant propose dans le resort est sympa belle déco mais cuisine un peu décevante pour le prix.

Prachtig uitzicht. Leuk hoe zo’n klein hutje toch kan werken door de praktische inrichting. Wel goed opletten dat alles goed dicht zit, want er loopt zo van alles binnen (kikkers, gekkos en grote spinnen). Bij ons waren de roosters niet goed afgesloten, waardoor we meerdere keren op deze tropische verrassingen stuitte in de nacht of ochtend.

Communicatie met personeel is erg moeizaam, maar de meesten zijn wel vriendelijk. Wat ons het zwaar tegenviel, was dat we graag kozen voor een eenvoudig ontbijtje, maar wel anders dan de nasi goreng die wij niet erg kunnen waarderen in de ochtend. Hier werd steeds extra voor gerekend, terwijl de gerechten die we kozen, (yoghurt of omelet) op de kaart het goedkoopst waren. Alles dat we anders kozen dan nasi was ‘extra dish’ en moest contant worden afgerekend. Ik had het vermoeden dat meneer zo een extra centje verdiende. Daarnaast waren het erg karige ontbijt porties en elke dag was de helft van de kaart niet beschikbaar.
