Game Haven Lodge

The cottage was absolutely lovely, a really cool place to relax and enjoy. Sitting on the veranda watching the animals and the sunset is very special. A mention for the staff too…lots of great people giving great service. The Lodge is isolated though - you definitely need a car to stay here.

The environment is just too good

It was nice and peaceful. The restaurant had a diverse menu. Staff were super friendly. The game drive was amazing as we were able to get close to the Zebras & Giraffe.

Unfortunately, the rooms were not very clean. The towels smelled very bad...as if they had not been washed. We were not able to use them. The fridge was also not cleaned well... As were many things in the cottage. Decor was also very outdated. Dinner was good, but unfortunately breakfast was disappointing. We ordered a fruit salad and were told there was only papaya. We then asked for the papaya, but received unpeeled oranges.

Its close to where i needed. The conference area is awesome. The food is good. The staff are amazing

The food was fantastic; the pancakes were some of the best we have ever had, and the lunch and dinner options were amazing. The game drive was great fun - it's not the Masai Mara or Kruger but it was great to drive around and see the giraffe, and a number of zebra and wildebeest - a great introduction to African wildlife. The staff were incredibly friendly. We will definitely return.

The swimming pool could have been a little cleaner, but was refreshing and a lovely option to have.
