Il letto era rotto, non c’era il sapone e bagnoschiuma e non si può aprire senza smartphone anche dopo il check-in.

Bellísimo departamento, con una excelente ubicación.

Verona mamma bianca, Via Francesco Emilei, 9 We stayed here for 2 nights as a couple. Pros: - Excellent location, right in the city center. - Spacious apartment with a large area. - Luggage storage available at Vicolo Rensi, 3. Cons: - The kitchen was poorly equipped: no coffee maker, kettle, corkscrew, bottle opener, or proper kitchen knives. There was only one wine glass and some cups — no regular glasses at all. - The ceilings are very high, and the furniture goes up almost to the top. To reach anything, even tall people would need a ladder. - Air conditioning did not work properly: in the living room it almost didn’t cool, and in the bedroom it was very noisy — we could only turn it on for a short time because the noise caused headaches. - No towel holders in the bathroom. Soap and shower gel bottles were almost empty, so we had to carry the same bottle between the shower and the sink. - The bed was uncomfortable: it squeaked a lot and was tilted, so the body kept sliding down during sleep. - Check-in and check-out are fully self-service via the Vikey app. Contact with the hosts is only through WhatsApp, so you always need an internet connection. Conclusion: We would not stay here again. Can be acceptable for one night if location is the only priority. Rating: 4/10 (only for location and spaciousness).
