I have stayed here several times over the last few years. Unfortunately, the maintenance is not being done. The couch in suite I stayed in is the same as it was about 5 years ago when I 1st stayed. In 2021, I made a comment about its state, it looked very dirty and stained. It was also very uncomfortable. This trip it's in an even worse state, and is beyond cleaning. I did not even want to sit on it at all due to how dirty it looked and how uncomfortable it has become. The TV speakers are also so bad you can't watch the TV. Apart from those 2 points, it's a good location, good cafes nearby, great staff, and a huge room and ensuite.

Very bad and dirty room,ac not working,towel so old and dirty,stuff very rude and very disrespectful behaviour,it was the worst experience in Bali,everything was so bad ,very uncomfortable and hot and very bad breakfast

- electricity gone off for like 10 times - toilet stuck - wrong breakfast delivery - they should clean their pool often
