Daytona Beach Family Vacay

The property is literally right on the beach with private access. Which means you have to put a code in to enter and exit. We walked to most of the shops. The pool was amazing! Our host was amazing! And was very flexible with check in and check out times.

The stairs! Elevator did work but had no a/c! Air conditioning was another issue the front room stayed cool compared to the living room area.

Location, pool and beach access, kitchen to cook.

Hard to open door, doorknob doesn't work right, outdated key box with only one key. Hard to get keybox open and it affects use of doorknob. No housekeeping. Had to reuse towels and linens. Portable ac to try and cool the place down.

Loved the view and the setup!

Very clean pool great beach access

The air conditioner did not work the entire 10 days and I could not get the owner to refund me any money, it was very hot

The location was perfect

The whole first day was spent cleaning. The ac was not working, and the unit was completely miserable

Nothing much

Mold on the bathroom ceiling and behind the tub Caulking showing where all the mold is coming from. Toilet chain was broken so it wouldn't flush. AC was slightly cool meaning room was warm ish and no dark shades left the room bright at 7 am. No sleeping in that was for sure.

Love being right on the beach. We would go down to the beach then sit on the pool deck and enjoy the view. Laundry facilities were right there for convenience and plenty of places to walk to for shopping and eating.

Not enough pans to cook with.

Bathroom is a disaster and the room smells like cigarette smoke.
