Location
Not able to get help when needed and there are a lot of extra fees - even for extra towels - you only get one person. Things to clean dishes were gross and no dishwashing liquid. The dryer was also junk.

Location was great, so close to the boats, restaurants, Queen Street, parking. Room had amazing views of the viaduct harbour and harbour bridge. Room was tastefully decorated. Didn't use the 2nd bedroom but it was very tiny.
Couldn't open the ranch slider onto balcony. As said before, it was noisy at night, I was there on a Tuesday and Wednesday so presume it would be worse on the weekend.
