The place was so nice and comfortable. The location was close to many things by foot. The staff was so welcoming and friendly as well.

A lovely modern spacious studio in a perfect location; easy walking distance to all the main tourist areas and port. Plenty of great places for food and drink in the neighbourhood, not to mention a few local goodies from the host. A big plus is the abilty to park outside for free. I'd definitely stay here again.

Everything is perfect, whether upon arrival, during the stay or at the end of the stay. The best surprise is Lorenzo who sends you a typical Sicilian breakfast, a sort of compensation for paying the tourist tax requested by the city. Lorenzo loves his city and does everything he can to make it the same for you. Don't look anywhere else, this is the best deal in Palermo.

The apartment exceeded our expectations and we loved the location for exploring Palermo. Lorenzo is a fabulous host who was so helpful and responsive to our many queries. Definitely recommend staying here.

A wonderful historic but fully updated apartment with balcony. Very comfortable, best bed we’ve slept in over 2 weeks traveling. There was street parking but the owner permitted our car for the ZTL zone and it stayed put for 2 days while we enjoyed walking the harbour and vibrant historic centre. So many beautiful churches to see, street entertainers singing their hearts out, and plenty for shoppers too.

Safe location(we parked our car just outside the apartment, clean room and excellent host. Great experience overall.

Excellently appointed modern apartment close to the marina. Most of the local attractions are within easy walking distance.

Finding a car parking space close to the apartment in the evening is difficult.
