Agus (host) was very responsive to requests. He helped us to bokk pool decor and private chef.

The lounge area was very hot with no air-conditioning, only fans. There was ongoing noise next door due to construction. However, both these were explained to us by Agus when we checked in.

Villa is absolutely stunning, quiet location, super friendly and helpful staff that are easy to get in contact with at all times of the day.

Power went out a few times but that’s no fault of the staff or Villa, and they were super quick to fix each time.

The property was so spacious, just perfect for my family. A big thank you to our Host Agus. He was truly exceptional and responded to our every need. Agus definitely made our stay super comfortable. Thank you.

I think the property itself lacks maintenance and the cleanliness could be improved.

Everything! The Villa is a dream come true! We loved absolutely everything about it, lovely big pool, spacious rooms all tastefully decorated, walk in bath, outdoor shower and more! To make it even more special, Agus and his team looked after us exceptionally well. We felt so welcomed as soon as we arrived, all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We would 100% recommend this place & Agus, we will certainly miss it and the staff! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you again Agus!

The property was beautiful and they did a great job of keeping the pool clean. Each room is spacious and was perfect for the group trip, everyone had enough space to relax and decompress after activity days. Our host Agus was also amazing and was quick to respond to any issues we brought to his attention. We booked all of our transport and chef dinners through the concierge service and were thoroughly impressed with their timeliness and the delicious food. Our chef Numan was incredible, every meal was so good and he was able to accommodate preferences and allergies, truly a 10/10!! I had also ordered a pool flower decor to surprise my mom for Mother’s Day and when it got rained out they sent someone to fix the lettering which was greatly appreciated!

When it rained heavily, water leaked into the dining area through the bottom of the window/wall which was promptly addressed by the team.

Absolutely gorgeous property, we loved all the facilities, in particular the pool. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. This villa had everything we needed. Our host Agus was an absolute angel, was so responsive and helpful throughout our whole stay. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to switch off and relax and enjoy the property.

The only small issue we had was the fireworks being let off by locals nearby until late at night but this was due to when we stayed and totally out of anyone's control. I wouldn't expect this to be the case in general.
