Hill House Farm Cottages

breakfast was not included in the price be lovely to have a breakfast made , keys easy to collect, host very friendly approachable we got lost and he answered the phone and met us outside the property in horrendous weather , was lovely to meet them , we would return to these cottages everything you need is in the cottage including iron ironing board and hairdryer , very spacious on one floor very clean and very cosy would love to stay a little longer next time not enough time to explore , view beautiful waking up to the cows and sheep , and there is a children play area also which is helpful for families

i felt the local pub or restrauante not in walking distance and when you have pets it difficult as you have to drive every where but still got to explore would love to know if the property accomodate for larger families and are open christmas and new year

We travelled as a family group so the cottages were perfect for our set up. The children loved the play area and we all loved the little touches left in the cottage ready for our arrival.

Really lovely accommodation and all decorated for christmas! Little touches like chocolates and fresh milk.

Everything! Beautiful location, very clean and comfortable, very well equipped with everything you could need in the cottage and the hosts were friendly and helpful

We stayed in Honeysuckle cottage and it was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. A great rural location and perfect for the proximity to the High Brockholme Barns where we went for a wedding.

If I had to be picky I'd say a full length mirror would have been handy but thats me being super picky, it was perfect otherwise.
